SEND Advocacy - Dorset and Wiltshire
Navigating the SEND system can feel overwhelming, and families often need clear, informed guidance from someone who undersatnds both education and the legal processes around support. Alongside ten years of teaching experience, I have spent the last two years working in a specialist SEND advisory role, supporting parents through school meetings, annual reviews, multi-disciplinary discussions, CIN meetings, local authority processes and SEND tribunals. I hold IPSEA Level 3 training and have extensive practical experience applying for EHC plans, challenging decisions, preparing appeals, JADR's and attending tribunal hearings.
I offer a range of advocacy services including EHCP reviews, written reports, preparation for tribunal, advocacy at tribunal, and full representation where I manage all paperwork on your behalf. While I am not a solicitor, I provide independent, evidence-based support to help families secure the provision their child needs.
